Shipping Options

We are trying to deliver the products to you quickly and with enough care. So we have tie up with few logistic service provider to deliver the products to you. They are providing the options like COD (Cash on Delivery) only for selected PIN codes. So we are not able to deliver the products with COD facility at this stage at all PIN Codes, but we will trying our best to deliver to increase the number of PIN code with COD facility by associating new logistic partners in future.

 

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charge varies.

Our delivery charges are as below;

Free delivery for order value is more than Rs.999, in the case of books we deliver it free for order value is more than Rs.399.

For order value is less than (<) Rs.499, than delivery charge is Rs.79.

If order value is between Rs.500 to Rs.799, than delivery charge is Rs.49.

If order value is between Rs.800 to Rs.999, than delivery charge is Rs.29.

We incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps us to offset logistics costs. The delivery charge may be waived off for some item, if you shop with them for a minimum predefined value.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

It is possible that we or our courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • Products available with our supplier / manufacturer
  • Product's availability with us
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of us.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by you?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on SmartcliQ. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on our shipping policy.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each product?

You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of our supplier, product available with us or it is at supplier’s warehouse your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.

We do not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

You can come to know about it by entering your PIN code as and when asked (generally in shopping kart option / product page), and find whether the product can be delivered to your location.

If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on

  • Whether we ships to your location
  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
  • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location

At times we prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at our discretion.

Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?

Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code as when asked to check if CoD is available in your location.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

Depending on place of delivery, time for to exchange / return / refund for product you send may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over Rs.249, you should consider using a registered and trackable shipping service provider or ship it by registered book post / parcel of Indian Post only. Otherwise we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

You will be responsible for to pay shipping costs for returning item/s you ordered with us.

However we may issue coupon code to redeem later equivalent of the amount of shipping cost incurred by you subject to following terms & conditions. Issuance of coupon code value may differ based on case to case basis. Violation of any of below mentioned conditions may not be liable to get refund / replacement as well as coupon code

  • Product/item should not be non returnable products as specified in above mentioned list.
  • Items must be defective or damaged
  • Product/item must be sent by parcel / book parcel service of Indian Post only. However customer can send it by any mode but we will issue coupon code which matches the value of normal parcel / book parcel service of Indian Post or Customer’s mode of shipping whichever is lower.
  • Product & its tags are intact.
  • Product must be in same condition as it was received originally and it must not be used.
  • Product must be send within 10 days after delivery.
  • Product must be received by us unbreakable and as like as original condition.

What do the different tags like "In Stock", "Available" mean?

In Stock – In the case of product is “In Stock” with us, we are committed to deliver the product within 2 to 7 days or as earliest as possible at your door steps.

 

Out Of Stock – In the case of product is “Out Of Stock” means it may be available with our supplier’s warehouse, we are committed to deliver the product as and when product will be available with us. Prices of the product which is Out Of Stock may be changed during the period it may not be available with us. In case of product is not available with supplier’s also then we may not be able to deliver the product to you. In all case we will be get in touch with you by Email / Mobile number provided by you.                                                                                                           

Pre-Order – In the case of product is “Pre-Order” stage, it means product is with supplier/or supplier will soon release/launch it. However, we are committed of delivery time of the product is depend on delivery time specified by supplier. It is only possible when product is available with supplier. If it is not available with supplier, in this case we will inform you by Email / Mobile number provided by you.

 

Shipping & Refund

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Returns is a scheme provided by us directly under this policy in terms of which the option of replacement and/ or refund is offered by us. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.

Complete Product

All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

Unused Product

The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.

Undamaged Product

The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

Undamaged Packaging

Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

We may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by us.

 

Do we deliver internationally?

As of now, we don't deliver items internationally.

You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
